GAME WEEK 10 PREVIEW

Top 5 points earners so far

Welcome back to another round of premier league fixtures. Ahead of game week 10, we'll be taking a look at the top 5 point earners across all positions put together and this is a list of players you should definitely have I your team as they aren't differentials but rather staples that serve as the base for points earnings

1. Haaland (96 pts, 12.1m): starting off the list is none other than Erling Haaland who had been off to a flying start this season (unsurprisingly). He has scored 14 goals so far and picked up 1 assist in just 8 games which makes him sit comfortably atop the total points standings with a total of 96 points, given that city is the strongest team in the league by a country keeping him and starting him in your team every week is no brainier.

2. Kane (56 pts, 11.4m): next we have Harry Kane who has also had an excellent start to the season, he has scored 7 goals and picked up one assist in the last 8 games, under normal circumstances he would be the top scorer in the league but because of Haaland, he is second and trailing by 7 goals despite almost averaging a goal per game. Tottenham has some good fixtures on the horizon and he's the undisputed penalty taker and starter in the spurs front 3 so if you wanted to take a gamble on a spurs asset, he's your man

3. Kevin de Bruyne (53 pts, 12.3m): coming in at no. is the city start midfielder KDB, having racked up a tally of 8 assists and 1 goal he sits at the top of the midfielder's points log, he has been in fine form this season and looks to be gunning for the assist record of 20 in one season, having gotten 8 in 8 games,. I wouldn't bet against him not hitting 20 this season since he has set his sights on it.

4. Trossard (52 pts, 6.7m): Probably the best value-for-money player on this list is trossard at 6.7m he has about 8 points for each “m” spent, he has helped Brighton with his attacking output this season some stellar defensive performances and he has chipped in with 5 goals and 1 assist despite being a deep role in some matches, he helped himself to a hattrick against Liverpool at Anfield nonetheless which has put his name on many people's lips. He's definitely one to go for if you are looking to free up some money for other players as his price tag is relatively cheap and he is worth every penny.

5. Foden (51pts, 8.1m): coming in last on this list is unsurprisingly another Manchester City player, the talented English youngster has been off to a flyer this season and has secured himself as one of the first 11 players if city ever did have one, being deployed on the left he has produced 5 goals and 2 assists helping himself to a hattrick recently in the Manchester derby. He has a reasonable price tag and is definitely one you should look to add to your team If you haven't breached the max of 3 city players already.
