FPL GAME WEEK 4 PREVIEW

Even after a cold GW3, we will rise again to GW4 sunshine and get our maximum points. How to get those points is why we're here to give you good picks every week, let's go straight to business!

Southampton vs Man Utd: These teams have consistent assets in common I must say due to their less significant summer dealings which suits us! My picks are

Southampton: Che Adams 6.4m, Aribo 5.5m, Ward-Prowse 6.5m.

Man Utd: Sancho 7.3m, Rashford 6.3m, Bruno 9.8m.

Chelsea vs Leicester: Things aren't going as expected for Chelsea conceding 3 last time out, but Leicester still scoring as expected. Here are my picks;

Chelsea: James 6.1m, Cucurella 5.1m, Sterling 9.9m.

Leicester: Maddison 8.0m, Vardy 9.4m, Dewsbury-hall 5.0m.

Brighton vs Leeds: Getting comfortable wins last weekend and also looking in scoring form is what this fixture offers, so the attack will be most favoured here with tempting deals. My picks are;

Brighton: Trossard 6.5m, MacAllister 5.5m, Groß 5.7m.

Leeds: Rodrigo 6.3m, Harrison 6.0m, Aronson 5.5m

City vs Crystal Palace: the champions were held to a stalemate last time out against Newcastle. They’ll be looking to put that behind them. On the other hand, Palace played superlatively in the comeback win against Villa. The team’s buzzing after that and my picks are:

Manchester City: Haaland 11.7m, De Bryune 12.1m, Silva 6.8m

Crystal Palace: Zaha 7.2m, Edouard 5.5m, Ayew 5.5m

Liverpool vs Bournemouth:

Liverpool is yet to have a win which actually sounds as egregious as you might imagine, would be looking for their first win against Bournemouth but hasn’t scored a goal since GW1. Player picks are:

Liverpool: Salah 13.0m, Diaz 8.0m, Trent 7.5m.

Bournemouth: Moore 5.5m, Solanke 5.9m, Billing 5.4m

Brentford vs Everton: Brentford has been very prolific in the attacking facet of the game and they’ll face an Everton that’s conceded in all games played this campaign.

Picks are Toney 7.2m, Mbueno 6.0m, Dasilva 4.6m.

Everton: Gray 5.5m, Gordon 5.5m, Iwobi 5.5m.

Wolves Vs Newcastle: wolves still looking for their first win (and with half of the problem because putting the ball at the back of the net is so hard) face off against a Newcastle side that’s looking as animated as ever fresh from a stellar performance against the champions.

Players' picks are Neto 5.4m, Hwang 5.9m, and Jimenez 6.9m.

Newcastle: Saint-Maximin 6.4m, Wilson 7.4m, Almiron 5.0m.

Arsenal v Fulham: Arsenal is the only team with a current perfect record and has been off to a flying start this season. All eyes will turn to this one as they take on a resilient Fulham. Players to watch are:

Arsenal: Odegaard 6.4m, Jesus 8.0m, and Martinelli 6.4m.

Fulham: Mitrovic 6.5m, Palinha 5.0m, Andreas 4.5m

Aston Villa v West Ham: Both clubs have started off the season slowly and will be looking to turn things around in this fixture. A very important weekend for both teams, players to watch include:

Aston Villa: Coutinho 7.0m, Watkins 7.5m, and Ings 7.0m.

West Ham: Bowen 8.5m, Antonio 7.5m, Cresswell 5.0m

Nottingham Forest v Tottenham: Two teams who have made big investments in the summer market look to slug it out to see who has made the biggest recruitments. One to watch out for, and players expected to deliver are:

Nottingham: Johnson 5.9m, Awoniyi 5.9m, Dennis 6.0m

Tottenham: Son 12.0m, Kane 12.4m, Kulusevski 8.1m

Have a lovely Game week, and see you next weekend. CHEERS

Has a new EPL rivalry been born? Haaland vs Nunez

Haaland v Nunez  Two incredible talents have just signed for two premier league title contenders Erling Haaland was signed to City for the fee of 51 million Euros whereas Liverpool signed Darwin Nunez for a whopping 85 million. The 2022-23 EPL season would indubitably be a joy to watch not only because it’s the most-watched league in the world, not only because there are more chances of upsets during the campaign but because the already intense rivalry between City and Liverpool as both teams added prospective goal machines to their already incredible strike force. Let’s get to the numbers both players have put up: Erling has already established himself as a generational talent as he came into the limelight when he burst into the champions league with RB Salzburg back in 2019 and continued his dominance when he joined Dortmund and scored an outrageous 86 goals in a total of 89 matches played . He’s also very prolific in international outings. Playing for the Norwegian...

Marina Out! A New Dawn for Chelsea FC?

  As we know we are now in the transfer business part of the football calendar, Chelsea interestingly just got over one huge hurdle which is the change of ownership. Over these past weeks, there have been changes in management,  and  also in the team, as some players are leaving and some are still expected to leave but is it going smoothly? I think the first very notable change is the transfer business conduct, usually, Chelsea has been direct in transfer dealings which makes it easy for them but now that the new owner Todd Boehly is temporarily in charge of transfers as Marina is said to be leaving the club this week, it would have an impact definitely. Also , his idea of how a football team should do transfers might be different maybe he likes to grow and build players, buy quality players at low prices and train them or just buy the big names or sell players off the books to generate funds from the club do transfer business as we know that Chelsea has a big squ...
